The Kamianets-Podilskyi City District Court has issued a verdict against doctor Tetiana Bolukh, who entered false vaccination data into databases and created counterfeit COVID certificates. For this, the accused, along with her accomplices, received a reward of 3,500 UAH for each certificate. The woman has been given a one-year probationary period.
According to the verdict dated January 15, during the period from May to July 2022, pediatrician Tetiana Bolukh, working at a family medicine practice in the village of Kamyanka, was involved in a scheme to sell counterfeit COVID certificates. The accused had access to electronic medical databases, allowing her to input data about vaccinations that had not actually occurred. Together with her accomplices, she received 3,500 UAH for each of these certificates.
According to the investigation, the patients of the accused used the forged vaccination documents to travel abroad.
It is known that Tetiana Bolukh currently works at a family medicine practice in the village of Muksha Kytaihorodska, part of the Staroushytska community.
Judge Roman Savchuk found the doctor guilty under part 3 of Article 28 and part 3 of Article 362 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (unauthorized actions with information in automated systems committed by prior conspiracy), but exempted her from the main punishment and assigned a one-year probationary period. The decision can still be appealed in the appellate court.
