Ukrainian Air Forces shot down over twenty Russian Shahed drones across four regions of Ukraine.

On the night of December 26, the Russian Federation attacked Ukraine with 31 Shahed-type drones and other unmanned aerial vehicles. The Armed Forces of Ukraine neutralized all targets.

As reported by the Air Forces of Ukraine, the drones were flying from the Russian cities of Orel and Millerovo. The attack was repelled by anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, mobile fire groups of the Air Forces, and the Defense Forces of Ukraine.

“As of 08:30, the downing of 20 strike drones of the 'Shahed' type and other types of unmanned aerial vehicles in Kharkiv, Kyiv, Chernihiv, and Dnipropetrovsk regions has been confirmed,” the Air Forces stated.

Due to the resistance of the Defense Forces, the remaining 11 imitation drones were lost in the area.
