The President awarded an apartment certificate to a hero from Volyn, who has dedicated 30 years to guarding Ukraine's borders.

Oleh Pryshnevskiy is carrying out duties in the Kharkiv region as part of the rapid response border command.

Volodymyr Zelensky presented a housing certificate to the Hero of Ukraine, border guard Oleh Pryshnevskyi. This was reported on December 26 by the Western Regional Department of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

“For personal courage and heroism in defending the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, and for selfless service to the Ukrainian people, Master Sergeant Oleh Pryshnevskyi was awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine with the Order of the Golden Star in April 2024,” the State Border Guard Service reported, noting that the border guard is a veteran of military service and has protected Ukraine's state border for nearly 30 years.

Additionally, it is worth mentioning that Oleh Pryshnevskyi was discharged in 2018. On February 24, 2022, he returned to active duty with the Volyn Border Detachment and fought in the Avdiivka and Maryinka directions of the Donetsk region. Currently, Master Sergeant is serving in the rapid response border command in Kharkiv region.
