Direct quote: "Today (January 29 - ed.) there was already an initial report from officials and the Office team - Oleksii Kuleba and Viktor Nikita - regarding critically important programs that are currently suspended, which were previously funded through American support. I have already tasked some key initiatives to be financed with our internal resources, as well as to engage with Europeans...
I also instructed to continue the audit of the suspended aid directions from the United States, particularly in humanitarian areas, security, and social sectors, where there should be more of our and European activity. So that now, while a new American policy is being developed, we can support the people."
