On the night of February 22 to 23, Russian occupiers attempted to attack Kyiv using strike drones. Amid the enemy assault, debris from UAVs was recorded falling in several districts of the capital, causing damage and fires. This information was reported by the Telegram channel of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
As of this morning, it is known that the debris from hostile drones was identified in three areas of the city. Specifically, regarding the consequences:
- In the Holosiivskyi district, a fire occurred in a one-story private house, which was extinguished over an area of 100 square meters;
- In the Darnytskyi district, a private house and vehicles were damaged at one location, with the fire put out using improvised means;
- At another site, a one-story house caught fire, spreading to a neighboring building, and the fire was extinguished over an area of 35 square meters;
- In the Pecherskyi district, the glazing of a non-residential building was damaged without further ignition.
Information regarding the injured is being clarified.
