The Verkhovna Rada has approved the bill aimed at abolishing medical and social expert commissions (MSEC) starting next year.
As reported by народный депутат Ярослав Железняк, the decision was supported by 259 parliamentarians.
Thus, according to the document, starting from January 1, 2025, the establishment of expert commissions in cluster and super-cluster hospitals will be introduced (a modern system for evaluating the functioning of individuals).
Let us remind you that the day before, on December 18, the Верховная Рада made amendments to the laws "On Military Registration and Military Service," "On the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Military Personnel, and Reservists," and the Fundamentals of Legislation on Health Protection. In particular, a Unified State Register of Military Personnel will be created in Ukraine.
Additionally, a list of institutions with expert teams to replace the liquidated medical-social expert commissions has been previously determined. The new teams will operate in 286 institutions across Ukraine.
