Details: Ukraine has issued a note of protest to the leadership of the IAEA, placing full responsibility for such actions on Russia, which "creates artificial barriers to the activities of international organizations in Ukraine, forcing them to violate Ukrainian legislation."
It is clarified that Russia refused to provide security guarantees to IAEA staff traveling through Ukrainian-controlled territory, thereby "forcing the Agency to agree to Russian conditions."
The rotation conducted by the IAEA is referred to by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a "humanitarian evacuation under the threat to the life and health of individuals."
Verbatim: "Ukraine has sent a note of protest to the IAEA leadership, condemning the violation of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of our state and warning against any similar actions in the future."
The Ukrainian side will also raise the issue of unprecedented Russian blackmail at the upcoming meeting of the IAEA Board of Governors in the coming days."
Reminder: "Radio Liberty" and the Russian "Rosatom" reported on the rotation of IAEA observers at the occupied Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant, which was the first to occur in occupied territory without coordination with Ukraine.
